Sandstone Ridge is looking for a skilled, hands-on technician to handle repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, apartment make-readies, and general maintenance.

Qualifications: Maintenance experience, troubleshooting skills, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and basic tools. HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications are a plus!
