Event Policy

PBAA Partners with the West Texas Food Bank

Registering for any event on www.pbaatx.org OR Constant Contact will generate an invoice to be sent to the email provided to be paid by check or credit card for our membership.

Any events opened up to non-members must be paid by credit card before attending. 

We have confirmed your attendance for this event and any additional tickets you may have purchased so please keep in mind that any cancellations within seven (7) days of an event will result in a 100% cancellation fee due to our event requirements of confirming a headcount. Thank you for your participation and understanding.

PHOTO RELEASE. By attending a PBAA event, you hereby grant PBAA on behalf of yourself, your spouse and on behalf of any child(ren), as well as any others registered through your account, the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record you, your spouse, or your child(ren), as well as any others registered in connection with PBAA and to use the photograph and/or recordings for all purposes, including advertising and promotional purposes, in any manner and all media now or hereafter known, in perpetuity throughout the world, without restriction as to alteration. I waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the photograph and/or recording, and acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to this release are without compensation of any kind.

POSTPONEMENTS. Should PBAA need to postpone an event, for any reason, at any time, you will be notified and have the option to cancel the current registration or, if paid, have the option to be refunded by check or have the registration roll over to the next month.
