This training is for anyone involved in onsite UCPS inspections: Maintenance Staff, Managers, Property Supervisors, and HTC Compliance Personnel.
The course will be instructed by an inspection expert with the Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs. The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with lunch provided from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m. This course is not approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for MCE credits. This seminar qualifies for 6 hours of continuing education credits for CAM, CAPS, CAMT, CAS and NALP designates.
