If you know someone interested in a career in the rental housing industry, are thinking about a career shift yourself, or just looking for new insights from a hirer’s perspective, join the conversation each Wednesday at 12:15 p.m. CST for the Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation’s Facebook Live series, “Hints from HR.”

The weekly series, which launched earlier this year on the TAAEF Facebook page, features guest experts sharing tips and strategies with hosts Nicolle Block, TWB Consulting, Blaise Spitaleri with Gemstar Construction and TAAEF Vice President Becca Ramati. Each episode is about 30 minutes.

The series highlights tips and tricks from human resources professionals for both job seekers and employers. Each episode is designed to help those interested in the industry better understand the process to employment.

For employers, the guest experts share best practices and provide a fresh look at hiring processes. Topics covered to date include resumes, virtual interviewing, company culture, career paths, job descriptions, hiring for maintenance and hiring for attitude.
