The program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if you were at an in-person seminar. Certificates will be emailed to attendees who arrive before 9:30 a.m. and remain online for the entire seminar. Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed. This program is pending approval by the Texas Real Estate Commission for 5 MCEs. Licensed realtors and brokers must provide their license number at the seminar to earn MCE credits. TREC Course name and number: “Apartment and Rental Housing Legal Seminar” Course number to come. TREC provider name and number: Texas Apartment Association, 0087. This seminar qualifies for 5 hours of NAAEI continuing education credits.
