As stated in the Bylaws, Article XIV, Amendments: This Constitution and Bylaws may be altered or amended at any meeting by a two-thirds vote of the members present, provided a written or printed notice of the proposed change shall have been given to each member of the Association not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the meeting at which such action is to be taken thereon.
