Lily Fino

Born and raised in Midland, Texas, I began my career in property management in 2017 as a leasing agent. After a year of building strong connections with residents and learning the industry, I advanced to assistant manager, a role I proudly held for six years. In 2024, I stepped into my current position as property manager at Anatole on Briarwood with Olympus Property.

I’m honored to serve on the Public Relations Committee, where I enjoy connecting with others, sharing ideas, and supporting our industry’s growth. I truly love every aspect of my work, especially the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and create welcoming communities. Outside of work, I have a passion for traveling and exploring new places.
