Jayce Rodriquez

Jayce Rodriquez is a dedicated wife, proud mom of two girls, and a seasoned leader in the property management industry with over 15 years of experience. She has served as a Regional Manager for five years and has been an active Board Member of the Permian Basin Apartment Association since 2019, holding every executive role and currently serving as President. Jayce chairs multiple committees, represents the industry as both a TAA and NAA Delegate, and is a 2024 TAA Leadership Lyceum Graduate. Recognized as a four-time Regional Manager of the Year award winner through PBAA, she is passionate about advancing the multifamily housing industry. Outside of work, Jayce coaches her daughters’ youth cheer team, enjoys crafting, and loves traveling the world. A big fan of all things spooky and true crime, her favorite holiday is Halloween.
