Stephanie M. Iniguez

My journey into the apartment industry began in 2020 after transitioning from a career in oilfield. I started as a leasing agent with no prior experience, but a strong drive to learn and grow. After about a year, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and now, I am honored to take on this challenging, and rewarding role as the Association Executive.
I am passionate about this industry, and look forward to connecting with all of you, supporting our communities, and continuing to learn every step of the way. When I am not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying time with my husband and children, deep in a good book, or exploring new restaurants and trying out different cuisines!
