  • The printed TAA Redbook, the legal reference for property owners that contains the actual text of applicable state and federal laws that affect rental housing, has been discontinued beginning 2024 , but access to the Redbook online through your Bluemoon Credentials will remain.

  • Membership in Permian Basin Apartment Association covers rental property in Andrews, Crane, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reagan, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward and Winkler. Association bylaws require members to pay annual dues on all properties owned or managed within Permian Basin Apartment Association’s territory and to annually verify the number of units owned or operated in this territory.
